Two Ways to Work with the Runes
I offer two distinct, yet deeply connected ways to work with the runes: Rune Readings and Rune Healing.
A Rune Reading is a casting — a present-time reflection guided by what is active in your field. It brings clarity, insight, and energetic anchoring.
A Rune Healing is a deeper journey — held within the field of Seiðr, the Norse word for magic. It includes a reading, but moves further into energy work, ancestral sight, and ritual reweaving.
Both pathways are rooted in reverence. Both are alive with presence.
Rune reading Session

A focused, present-time reading guided by your energetic field and the runes that wish to speak.
This session is a casting — a clear-sighted look into what is alive, emergent, or ready to be seen.
It offers insight, pattern recognition, and subtle recalibration.
You may arrive with a specific question or simply a sense that something is shifting.
The runes will meet you where you are.
This is not a healing session. It is a reading — precise, grounded, and illuminating.
While it draws on the field of Seiðr, the orientation here is clarity rather than deep energetic reweaving.

This container blends rune reading with healing, guided by the principles and practices of Seiðr — an ancient Norse form of magic.
In its broadest sense, Seiðr is magic — much like voodoo or wicca in other cultural contexts. But it is also far more.
It includes spirit-walking, ancestral sight, energetic weaving, and sacred sound (galdr). It is relational and intuitive.
It is the old magic — passed through the body, through breath, through voice.
This session invites you into a held, transformative field where the runes do not simply speak — they move.

It’s important to understand that Seiðr is not a singular method, but a living tradition.

Galdr is the sacred vocal sounding of the runes—an embodied, voiced activation that stirs memory and moves energy. It’s not about performance, but resonance. In your session, I’ll weave Galdr through when it’s needed to clear, awaken, or anchor.

After your Intensive Session, I’ll invite you into a softly held space on WhatsApp for 7 days (Monday to Friday). It’s there for voice note reflections, gentle questions, or continued guidance—if and when you feel called to share.

Yes—the Standard Session is deeply powerful. Both sessions are energetically rich, attuned, and transformational.
The Standard is perfect if you’re navigating something focused, or prefer a shorter drop-in. The Intensive gives us more space for deep sound work, release, and post-session support.
