I walk between realms—North and South, seen and unseen, blood and bone, star and story. I listen to what wants to be remembered. And I help others return to the threads that are already theirs. This work is not linear. It is a spiral. Cyclical. Rooted in presence and personal truth.

Some come to feel their body again.
Some come when everything is falling away.

This path is not built through doctrine.
It is remembered—through body, breath, and soul.
What moves through this space is layered and alive. Some threads are held in the bones—felt, inherited, and anchored. Others arrive through subtle channels—seership, sound, symbol, silence.
Together, they form a living weave—tended through reverence, grounded in relationship, and shaped by what each moment calls forward.

The runes are not fixed symbols. They are alive—breathing, moving, speaking. Each one a being. A presence that responds in real-time to the body, the breath, and the moment. They are not pulled. They arrive. They reveal, they resonate, they return us.
This current runs deepest in my blood. It is not only studied, but remembered—bone-deep, breath-led. Through the Elder Futhark, through Galdr and Seiðr, through seership, I enter into a sacred relationship with what wants to return.
The runes hold the structure that allows other threads— elemental, ancestral, soul-based—to move. They anchor what is unseen into form. They are the vessel through which memory becomes matter.

Celtic, Pictish, nomadic…these lineages return through rhythm—through dream, land, firelight, and story. Their medicine reminds us how to walk cyclically, how to honour what is felt but unseen, how to be in-listening with the earth.
Each tradition speaks in its own way, they are not separate, they are walked with and woven through presence.
