Welcome to the Reclaimed Path

A return through remembrance. A becoming through truth.

This is not about starting over. It is about returning to what never left. Becoming through what you remember. Reclaiming what has always been yours.

You are arriving—again and again— at the truth that lives beneath your skin, within your blood, and across lifetimes.

i am Minna.

A Völva. A Seer. A Wayfinder.

I walk between realms—North and South, seen and unseen, blood and bone, star and story. I listen to what wants to be remembered. And I help others return to the threads that are already theirs. This work is not linear. It is a spiral. Cyclical. Rooted in presence and personal truth.

Some come to remember their lineage.
Some come to feel their body again.
Some come when everything is falling away.

However you arrive—know this:
You are not behind. You are not broken. You are not late.

You are becoming.

There’s nothing to prove here. Nothing to perform. Just space to soften. To remember. To return.

All of you is welcome.

What Anchors This Work?

This path is not built through doctrine.
It is remembered—through body, breath, and soul.

What moves through this space is layered and alive. Some threads are held in the bones—felt, inherited, and anchored. Others arrive through subtle channels—seership, sound, symbol, silence.

Together, they form a living weave—tended through reverence, grounded in relationship, and shaped by what each moment calls forward.

  • A person with long hair wearing a fur cloak, holding a horn-shaped object, standing outdoors in a forested area with rocks and green foliage.

“I’ve been receiving bodywork from Minna for over 15 years. The range and depth of her offerings have evolved into something extraordinary. Her sessions now move far beyond physical release—they hold profound energetic and spiritual insight that can be truly life-changing. I always leave feeling renewed, and I can’t wait for my next session.”

  • Person with long hair, wearing a light shirt, crouching on rocky riverbank, reaching into the water to catch fish.

“I have truly begun to come home to myself after working with Minna. Something shifted immediately—clarity, validation, and a deep sense of remembrance. The resonance around ‘Saga’ was mind-blowing. I’ve had many joyful tears and feel a clear path forward to fully integrate what’s awakening. I am deeply grateful and look forward to continuing the weave in her mentorship space.”

  • A woman with tattoos on her arm and neck, wearing jewelry, holds a smoking piece of root or wood near her mouth, surrounded by dense greenery.

“Minna Carpenter is a living embodiment of the Völva’s path—an anchor between worlds who walks with reverence, authenticity, and soul. Through her sacred work with the runes, Galdr, and body-based remembrance, she weaves a profound bridge between the physical and spiritual realms. Her presence invites a deep reconnection to ancestry, truth, and inner power. For those called to awaken their own lineage and voice, Minna is a rare and guiding light.”

    Maggie Rose Cunningham

  • A person with tattoos on their fingers and hand, resting their hand on their knee in a dark outdoor setting surrounded by green leaves.

"There are healers who work with the body, and then there are those who speak the language of the soul—Minna is the latter. From the first moment her hands met my skin, I felt time bend. Threads from other lifetimes stirred awake beneath my ribs, echoing through the fascia like ancient songs half-remembered. She moves like someone who walks between worlds—guided not by protocol, but by deep listening, by ancestral whispers, by something older than words. As she worked, I felt veils lift. Emotions surfaced that belonged to other versions of me, held in places my mind could never reach but my body never forgot. There was a moment—still and spacious—when I swear I saw myself across centuries, returning home through her touch. It wasn’t just release, it was reclamation. A weaving back together of the lost and the sacred. Minna is not just a practitioner; she is a keeper of thresholds, a gentle guide through the liminal. What she offers is medicine—mystical, embodied, timeless. I am changed. And I remember."

  • Close-up of a person wearing a fur and leather costume, holding a white cloth wrapped around their midsection, with a small leather pouch that has a Nordic symbol hanging from the waist. The person has tattoos and long hair, and appears to be outdoors in a green area.

"Minna holds such a sacred, grounding presence. From the moment I arrived on the table, I felt deeply seen and supported. Her touch is intuitive and purposeful, guided by something much deeper than technique alone. Throughout the session, I could feel her connection—not only to my body, but to spirit, to ancestry, to something ancient and wise. She worked with the fascia in a way that released more than just physical tension—it felt like old stories and emotions were being gently unwound from my body. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself. Minna doesn’t just offer massage—she offers deep remembering, healing, and reconnection. I’m so grateful for her work and can’t wait to return."
